Your Data Rights

Aestro provides direct account and workspace exports and account deletion, plus a human request path for rights that need identity or workspace-authority review.

Export your account data

In the web app, open Settings, choose Account, then Download account data. The JSON file includes the signed-in account profile, authentication details without credentials, workspace memberships, account-linked support and invitation records, signup records, and public quote requests associated with the account email.

This convenience export does not disclose records held inside another customer's private workspace. Ask through the privacy contact below if you need access to that information so Aestro can verify the request without exposing another customer's confidential records.

Export your workspace

In the web app, open Settings, choose Data, then Export JSON. Repeat this for each owned workspace you want to retain. Each export contains that workspace's records in a structured, portable format. Uploaded receipts, agreement PDFs, and profile images are stored separately and are not bundled in the workspace JSON; download them separately or include them in a privacy request. Keep exported files secure because they may include client, crew, financial, and private project information.

Correct information

Account and workspace information can normally be corrected directly in Aestro. If information cannot be changed in the product, contact Aestro with the field that is inaccurate and the correction requested.

Delete your account

Open Settings, choose Account, then Delete Aestro account. Aestro requires the signed-in email and the exact word DELETE before removing the authentication account, owned workspaces, memberships, owned workspace files, account-linked support requests, signup exemptions, and invitation records from active systems.

Deletion cannot remove copies another person lawfully controls, files you previously downloaded, or records another workspace owner must retain. Provider backup copies age out under the schedule in the Privacy Policy.

Access, restriction, objection, and consent

You may ask whether Aestro controls information about you, request a copy, ask Aestro to restrict its use while accuracy or lawful grounds are reviewed, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw a consent-based choice.

When information is stored inside another customer's workspace, Aestro may forward the request to that workspace owner or assist them as the responsible controller.

Make a request

Email the configured Aestro privacy contact with “Privacy request” in the subject. Include the account email or public-request details needed to locate the information, but do not send passwords, authentication codes, or unnecessary identity documents.

Aestro may ask for proportionate proof of identity or workspace authority. Aestro aims to respond within one month, or will explain a lawful extension or refusal. Requests are normally free unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Complain to a regulator

You may complain to the data protection authority where you live, work, or believe a GDPR issue occurred. A list of European authorities is available from the European Data Protection Board.
