Help with Aestro on the web and on iPhone. If the answer isn't here, email us and a person will reply.

Contact us
Email support@aestro.app. Tell us what you were doing, what happened, and whether you were on the web or the iPhone app. A screenshot helps. Please don't send passwords or sign-in codes.
If you're signed in on the web, you can also report an issue or request a feature from inside your workspace.
Signing in
Sign in at aestro.app/login or in the iPhone app with the email and password you signed up with. In the iPhone app you can also use Sign in with Apple or a passkey once it's set up on your account.
Forgot your password? Use Reset your password and follow the link we email you. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then email us from the address on your account.
Invoices and PDFs
Open a project, then its invoice. Save your changes, then choose Preview PDF (iPhone) or Download PDF (web) to get a PDF you can share or send. Your invoices stay with their project, and the Invoices list shows what's paid and what's outstanding.
An invoice made on your iPhone without a connection is saved on the phone and added to your workspace the next time you're online.
The iPhone app
The iPhone app and aestro.app show the same workspace, so a change in one appears in the other. If something looks out of date, pull down to refresh.
The app asks for the camera, your photos, your contacts and notifications only when you use a feature that needs them. You can change these any time in the iPhone's Settings, under Aestro.
Your data and account
You can export your workspace and delete your account yourself. On the web, open Settings and choose Account. In the iPhone app, open More, then Settings, then Delete account. Your Data Rights explains exports, deletion and privacy requests in full.
