Terms of Service

These terms apply to Aestro, including open beta accounts, private workspaces, public gear-list pages, quote requests, shared contact cards, issue requests, exports, and generated documents.

Using Aestro

Aestro is a production workspace for managing projects, contacts, gear rentals, quote requests, invoices, settings, and related records. Access is currently available through open beta signup, beta invite links, workspace member invites, or otherwise limited by the owner of the service.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly tell us if you believe your account or workspace has been accessed without permission.

Your Content and Responsibilities

You are responsible for the workspace data, contact details, gear information, project notes, invoice details, quote records, files, exports, and other content you enter, import, publish, or share through Aestro.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to store and use that content in Aestro. You grant Aestro permission to host, process, display, transmit, back up, and format that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

Public Features

Workspace users may choose to publish public gear-list pages, receive public quote requests, create contact-card links, or share exports and generated files. You are responsible for reviewing what you make public before sharing a link.

If you submit a quote request through a public gear-list page, you authorize Aestro to send your request details to the workspace owner or authorized workspace users for follow-up about that project or rental request.

Generated Documents

Aestro can help generate invoices, rental summaries, gear-list revisions, and rental agreement drafts. These outputs are productivity tools, not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing every document before using or sending it.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Aestro to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malicious code, attack or probe the service, spam users, scrape private data, bypass access controls, misrepresent yourself, or publish private information without permission.

Third-Party Services

Aestro relies on third-party services such as Supabase and hosting providers for authentication, storage, server routes, and public pages. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Changes, Availability, and Beta Status

Aestro is actively developed and may change, add, remove, limit, pause, or discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate access if needed to protect the service, comply with law, address nonpayment if paid plans are introduced, or respond to misuse.

Disclaimers and Limits

Aestro is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and loss-free data storage.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aestro and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, production delays, or business interruption.

Contact

For questions about these terms, contact Aestro at the email address used for your account or the contact method shown on the relevant public gear-list page.
